It depends on your return: a simple return with a W-2 costs less than one with a business, rental property or several states. Either way, we tell you the price before we start, so there are no surprises.

### Do I need to come into the office?
No. Most work can be handled without a visit: we meet by phone or video call, and you share documents through our secure client portal or drop them off. You're always welcome to visit us at 724 South Morgan Street.

### Can you help if I'm behind on my books or my taxes?
Yes. Catching people up is a big part of what we do. Call us, tell us where things stand, and we'll lay out the steps to get current.

### What is an Enrolled Agent?
An Enrolled Agent is a tax professional licensed by the IRS. Enrolled Agents can prepare your return and represent you before the IRS if questions ever come up. Mark has been an Enrolled Agent since 2013.
