Mark Patty is the owner and founder of Mark Patty & Associates, LLC . He has provided services since 2001 under the Southeastern Financial Resources, LLC that was located at 421 South Lafayette Street in Shelby, NC. He is a graduate from Gardner-Webb with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (1990) as well as Accounting (2011). He is also certified as an Enrolled Agent since March of 2013. This has granted him the right to represent taxpayers at all administrative levels before the Internal Revenue Service. He also received his certification as a Certified Estate Planner in December 2006. In November 2018, Mark moved his business to 724 South Morgan Street in Shelby, NC and updated the business name to Mark Patty & Associates, LLC to better reflect the services his business offered.
